BNML's participation in a venture depends upon the degree of management input required.

Unlike other venture organisations, we offer an unlimited funding option. In this participation model, best suited to ventures where management expertise is lacking, we would take a controlling interest in the venture, but provide active management support, together with all necessary funding to a achieve the business plan. This model removes individual risk from innovators, adds some 120 man-years of small company and start-up management experience, whilst still fostering the start-up environment.

We also offer more traditional fixed funding, where the venture has a stronger management team
